PUBLISH
The following requirements apply for all published work on the website of ‘The Publisher’:

All the work on ‘The Publisher’s’website needs to be (co-) created by (former) refugees.

The spreading of political propaganda through any form of art or writing is not allowed.

Publications on the website need to be stimulating and positive. Critical messages are allowed, but they have to be supporting the goal of ‘The Publisher’.

The published work can in no circumstances have a negative result for others.

‘The Publisher’ has the right to refuse a request to publication or remove a publication if it seems that the work of art does not (no longer) meet the requirements.
By publishing his or her work on the website of ‘The Publisher’, the maker/author accepts the following terms and conditions:

For all the published work, the provider will be considered as maker, unless agreed otherwise.

‘The Publisher’ assumes that all submitted work is sent in under the name of the original maker/author. Only with the proofed permission of the original maker/author can the work be published by someone else.

‘The Publisher’ assumes that all submitted work is made or acquired in a legal and right way and that the author has approached all copyright holders and has asked for permission.

The maker keeps the copyright on all the published work. The responsibility concerning the authenticity of the work stays with the maker.

‘The Publisher’ never accepts any responsibility of infringement of copyrights of third parties by publishing works of art offered by the (alleged) maker.

‘The Publisher’ has the right to use publications for promotional purposes on its website or elsewhere.
