Roasted paprika dip

Directions:
Cut the red paprika lengthwise and remove the seeds. Bake them in the oven until they start to dry and roast. Cool then blend them in the food processor with salt, garlic, and walnuts.
Add a little pomegranate molasses to your liking and a good amount of olive oil and mix well. This dip is goes really well with olives and toast.

Ingredients:
Long red paprika
Salt
Garlic
Walnuts
Pomegranate molasses
olive oil
You will need to use the long red paprika for this recipe, and not the flat round ones.
Roasting the paprika is essential because it gives it that wonderful smoked aroma.
